The world of public relations, much like a great many industries is a fiercely competitive one with many companies vying for business from the same clients. In such an industry it can be difficult to set yourself apart from the competition but this is exactly what PR firm Interdependence public relations has done. Let’s start with the clear and obvious reason why this company attracts the most amount of clients, the fact that it has consistently delivered results for the clients who have used their services. Unlike many PR companies, Interdependence are a very ethical PR firm who use clean tactics to get the results which their clients need. There are of course many reasons whether are able to deliver such consistent results which we’ll go into, but ultimately this is what has gained them the outstanding reputation which they have.
Knowledge
If a tech firm wishes to use a public relations company their expectation is that the PR firm have knowledge of both their own company and the market within which they work, in this example the tech marketplace. You cannot speak to people within the tech niche in the same way that you would speak to consumers in say, the construction industry. Now many PR firms will specialize in just one niche, they will live and breathe this market so that they know exactly how to approach the client’s needs. With Interdependence however they are able to turn their hand to a wide number of markets which is what makes them such a valuable asset.

Somewhat surprisingly we don’t often attribute customer service to a PR firm but in the case of Interdependence that is exactly what their clients can expect. Upon speaking to many of their clients we found that they all felt incredibly valued and that Interdependence understood exactly what their needs were, and genuinely cared about them. This is what has helped them to bridge the gap between themselves and their clients and it is why they are so highly thought of.
Transparency
Another common theme which was discussed by Interdependence’s clients was the transparency which they showed when discussing how they would go about achieving the goals which the client had laid out. Many PR firms are guilty of using general terms or not going into detail with their clients, which is often a common frustration. In the case of Interdependence this doesn’t happen and they ensure that their clients know exactly what is happening with the investment which they have made.
