If you have a home that’s great for entertaining, you can invite your team over for a meal and cook together in your outdoor kitchen or play games in your backyard space. If this isn’t something you can easily put together, you can also do things like hosting networking events, sponsoring sporting teams for your staff, or inviting people to share about their interests, culture, or background. All of these things can help your team feel like they’re part of a community together, not just a random group of people working together.
