August is like other months of the year 2020, where we are forced to rescind and take cover in our houses. But remaining in the house all day requires you to keep yourself busy, and you start overthinking the novel coronavirus that’s ravaging populations out there. Luckily, TV is becoming increasingly useful to reduce stress and entertain most of us. But no one wants to watch the generic news TV all day. This is where Netflix TV shows come into mind. As for us, we have already binge-watched some of our favourite TV shows more than once, and we have been waiting for August to show its best face.
Lots of astonishing Netflix shows are waiting for us before the autumn comes: Johnny English, Les Miserables, Drunk Parents, Crazy Awesome Teachers, Good Kisser, Great Pretender, Rust Valley Restorers Sn 3, Septembers of Shiraz, Rising Phoenix, The Bridge Curse, The Frozen Ground, Quantum of Solace, and Casino Royale among others. The Legend of Korra will be available for its audience from August 14. This is a great animation movie and is a sequel to the hit Avatar: The Last Airbender, which is already available on Netflix. That is to say, people who enjoyed watching Avatar have a reason to smile as they continue enjoying Michael Dante and Bryan Konietzko’s creation.
Immigration Nation
The Immigration Nation is already available on Netflix since it started airing on August 3. But it’s not late to catch up with a show that attracted controversy before it aired on TV. The show covers the US Mexico border and President Trump’s new immigration regulations. The show has scenes of what happens at the border and the operation of ICE agents. You will perhaps love the six-part documentary if you are into reality shows depicting the life we live in.
3% Season 4
Have you been following up on the 3% series? If so, this is a must-watch for you. There is much to expect in the season finale of the Brazilian TV show. In the apocalyptic Brazil society where only 3% of people can afford the luxurious off-shore life, it will be amazing to see the series come close after five years of the screenplay.
Like other futuristic movies and TV shows, you will agree that 3% is not a waste of time. When August 13 comes around, feel free to sit on the couch with popcorns on the table and be ready to get thrilled.
